-Follow up with all leads that are worried we are a scam.
-Follow up with all leads that admit they have a tax problem.
-They said they would call you back.
-Make sure SCB’s for the correct day/time/time zone.

-I owe under 3k and I am up to date with filing.
-I have a lot of questions and I owe under 3k/ nothing.

What is TPA?
They are a free service funded by the government. They work closely with the IRS but from a taxpayer's perspective.
We don’t help with:
