As I sit in my home, Ithaca, I can’t help but think about my husband. My husband is the great Odysseus. He left many years ago. The reason for him leaving was for the Trojan war. My name is Penelope, My life has been filled to the brim with waiting and not knowing anything.

The only thing that still makes me want to get up in the mornings is the wait for my husband to return. The suitors are restless with their constant pressure.
