Today, more and more distractions are being created that are making kids become less active. We’ve got televisions, video games, and telephones. Things like that are just keeping kids inside. Think about it. If kids couldn’t watch the television, call up their friends, or play their games, where would they be? Exactly. Probably outside running around, playing around or something.
