I am the current foster care worker for Rebecca Sheppard (DOB 03/08/1985), whose children are in DCFS custody. Rebecca has an open child case through our agency. As part of this case, she is required to complete substance abuse services, parenting education, and psychiatric services. I am writing this letter in regards to receiving updated information on her services she is engaging in at Woman’s Treatment Center.
Woman’s Treatment Center progress reports will allow for me to report to the court if Rebecca is compliant and/or uncompliant with her services at your facility.
