On the first day of the QRI-5 Assessment Luke did a great job on the Word Identification. One again Luke read the words fast which caused him to mess up on the harder words in List 4 and 5. After giving the Word Examiner Luke was pretty tired and his attention span was not there anymore. I found that Luke experienced most of his frustration on the 5th grade word list. We conniture the second half of the QRI-5 test the following day (he missed 3 days in a row, so the next tutoring time he was present). I decided to give Luke 4th grade reading passages because he scored a 60% on the total correct automatic which put him at a frustration level. However the total number correct Luke scored a 75% which is instructional for the 4th grade test. I
