Advisory one of AP Language & Composition has challenged me to demonstrate profound work ethic beyond the boundaries of the classroom. While analyzing the text “This is Water” by David Foster Wallace, I discovered new terms that authors would insert in his or her writing. The majority of these skills were new, which required me to attentively listen in class. I remember feeling ashamed about my obliviousness to terms like declarative, dualities, and fallacies.
