With my academic knowledge and experience in providing care I believe I have what it takes to provide a hand on support and care to vulnerable people. I also feel confident that I am able to work with children, people with physical or learning disabilities, older people and their families or carers. I believe this because not only with my general academic knowledge and understanding but because of my caring nature and with my personal experiences from working abroad voluntarily as a health care assistant and within the UK I feel that I could easily relate to people from a variety of back grounds.
I am willing to work in nursing homes and hospital locations and work late and overnight. I am currently looking to work in a challenging yet rewarding role that will enhance my knowledge and experiences and offer me the opportunity to enjoy a career in care as part of a friendly supportive team.
