EXODUS
Exodus is the story of the forming of Israel as a nation.
It made a people with a common religious vision: A single God A saving God A covenantal relationship with this God Life and the search for wisdom as a journey Which all people undertake.
The central figure is Moses. He led the people out of Egypt. Through Moses, God gave the Ten Commandments. Throughout the history of the Jewish people, the Exodus has been the greatest sign of God’s love and care for the faithful.

They were killed because the Pharaoh didn’t want the newborn boys to overrule him. The Pharaoh gave the command to the women.

Moses’ mother had hidden him for many months because she didn’t want him to be taken away and killed. She did this by putting Moses in a basket and transported him down the Nile River to the Egyptian Princess.

The slaves were treated worse by the Pharaoh, they didn’t want to talk to Moses because after he spoke to the Pharaoh they got punished more.

Moses complained to the Lord because the Pharaoh only made things worse for his people.

God said to Moses that he was willing to help him with whatever he does and that he will make the Pharaoh release the Israelites because of the suffering he put on them.
