1.5 Pre-Bid Meeting

In anticipation of the completion of the proposal documents, Hurricanes’ Team will hold a pre-bid meeting regarding construction of the Baseball Practice Field on October 7, 2011, at the conference room located in our main office:

Our staff will information regarding to the Field construction, provide a virtual tour of the area, and answer BIDDER questions about the project. Also, in order to bring the same opportunity to all BIDDERs, all responses will be written in a document and sent to each one the next day after the meeting. In order to bring the most information, BIDDERs must send all the concerns and questions to the attention of Peter Corrier at fax number (281) 206-1616 or email at corrierp@hurricanes.com
