Our mission at Club IT is to provide a safe, enjoyable, and comfortable to socialize.
In order to efficiently provide a full scale experience for our customers, we are incorporating Computer Based Information System. This system will be used to manage employee attendance, salaries, monetary transactions, etc.
Our first step will be to incorporate a core processor, this will be used to handle incoming revenue by way of entry fees, and income generated from the bar. All employees will be issued a user ID and password to be used when conducting transactions. You will use this to process cover charges, drink order’s etc. At the end of the night, each employee will be required to balance their transactions and submit balance sheets. This software will also be used by the administrators (Ruben and Lisa) to pay expenses.
To better track income and expenses, we will use a spreadsheet which will include: inventory, operating expenses, food and beverage bills, rent, maintenance fees, and salaries for live DJ and bands.
New software will be purchased and each employee will use the software to clock in and clock out of their shifts. This software will manage employee time and payroll and shift supervisor will be required to approve the time. The site administrator’s will be Ruben and Lisa.
Club IT newest family member is the Intranet, Club IT online will be a place where we can share new ideas, post the employee of the month, find upcoming meeting times, etc. We will also use Club IT online to list our employee directory which will have phone numbers and email addresses for each staff member. When the club is booked for private parties this information will be available Club IT online calendar. Feel free to use the comment box to enter any concerns or suggestions anonymously.
We are stepping out of the dark ages and no longer solely rely on flyers to promote upcoming events and specials. A fun and fast way to market to our customers is eMarketing. We will ask customers who are willing for their email addresses. I know club patrons don’t want to be bother with filling out address cards
