This ticket is a revocable license that only grants the holder entry into NRG Stadium and use of a spectator seat for the specified Houston Texans game. Admission may be refused or withdrawn or the ticket holder ejected in the sole discretion of the Houston Texans or NRG Stadium.
The sole and exclusive remedy for the ticket holder if admission is refused or withdrawn, or if the game is cancelled and not replayed, is a refund of the face value of this ticket, and the ticket holder will not be entitled to consequential, incidental, indirect, or exemplary damages of any kind. No refund or other remedy will be provided if the ticket holder is ejected or refused entry due to disorderly conduct or failure to comply with these ticket terms, the Houston
Texans’ or NRG Stadium’s rules or policies or any security measures.
THE DATE AND TIME OF THE GAME (AND THE OPENING OF THE GATES) ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE
BY THE HOUSTON TEXANS IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION OR AS A RESULT OF EVENTS BEYOND THE
HOUSTON TEXANS’ CONTROL. NO REFUND OR OTHER REMEDY WILL BE PROVIDED IF THE TICKET
HOLDER CANNOT ATTEND.
The ticket holder and his or her belongings may be searched upon entry into NRG Stadium or other security checkpoints, and prohibited items may be confiscated. The ticket holder must comply with all conditions of the Houston
Texans’ or NRG Stadium’s security policies, including, without limitation, any applicable bag policy. By tendering this ticket and entering NRG Stadium, the ticket holder consents to such searches and waives any related claims he or she might have against the National Football League (“NFL”), its Member Clubs, including the Houston Texans, NRG
Stadium, Ticketmaster, L.L.C., and their respective affiliates and agents. If the ticket holder elects not to consent to these searches or comply with these security policies, the ticket holder will be denied entry.
The ticket holder assumes all risks incident to the game or related events, including the risk of lost, stolen or damaged property or personal injury of any kind.
The ticket holder may not transmit or aid in transmitting any photographs, images, videos or other accounts or descriptions (whether text, data or visual) in any media of all or any part of the football game or related events. Transmission or other distribution by, to or for any commercial enterprise, and any public performance or display, direct or indirect, are also strictly prohibited.
The ticket holder grants to the Houston Texans, the NFL, and their respective designees the irrevocable permission to use his or her voice, image or likeness in any media now or hereafter existing in connection with all or any part of the football game or related events, for any purpose whatsoever, including the commercial purposes of the Houston
Texans, the NFL, and their respective sponsors, licensees, advertisers or broadcasters.

Lost or stolen tickets, counterfeit tickets, or tickets sold in violation of any applicable law may not be honored. This ticket may not be used for, nor may any ticket holder enter NRG Stadium for, advertising, promotion or any other commercial purposes (including contests, sweepstakes and giveaways) without the Houston Texans’ or the NFL’s express written consent.
