On the above date and time, the defendant was observed by a neighbor concealing herself on the side of a residential home. The witness was a neighbor and knew the home owner was not home. I arrived on scene and located the defendant sitting on a chair on the side of the house behind a palm tree, mostly concealed from the roadway, and was next to a closed window with a broken screen frame. The defendant stated that she did not live at the residence. The defendant was detained and placed in a patrol car at which time Miranda was read by Card.
