What is the Circle Justice? The Circle Justice is a Native American form of justice. It is also known to some that Circle Justice is a form of Restorative Justice. This form of government first originated from Canada in hope that it would give the people a better form of punishment. It is a way of dealing with people in the community who broke the law. According to Richland, “Circle Justice was created to keep the community balanced, and the people safe” (“Circle Justice”). It is said that everyone in the circle is equal and has the right to speak if you are holding the feather.
