Reyna McMorris is a pivotal piece to the success of our Girls Varsity Basketball program
because of her many talents and bright characteristics. Reyna is a 3 year Varsity participant in basketball and has done nothing but grow every year. She is the reigning team MVP as a sophomore and the sky's the limit for her success. Reyna is a very humble and easy to coach individual that follows directions very well and strives to better herself every day. She is an individual that is self motivated in the betterment of herself and teammates alike. The team is always put ahead of her own goals which makes her an amazing and selfless teammate, always encouraging and driving her fellow players to success. Basketball is a very team oriented sport and Reyna truly works well with others, constantly working together for one common goal.…show more content… She does not shy away from a tough situation but rather takes it on very ambitiously. This type of headstrong behavior doesn’t only apply to the basketball court but the classroom and her daily life as well. The willingness and motivation to be better is probably Reyna’s biggest strength. Everyone thinks about being better, “what if” this or “what if” that but very few people actually put in the effort to become what they truly want. Reyna is taking all of the proper steps to open up opportunities of success for herself in the future.
