To answer the first part of the assignment, I would say my MBTI is ENFJ which stands for EXtraversion, Intuitive, Feeling and Judging. With such description, I am likely to be a transformational leader which is I think an important factor when it comes to career success. To me, a transformational leader, to a great extent is a valuable venue that could allow me to bring my positive contribution including ideas and projects to my professional life as well as to my personal life. Honestly, there is a noticeable change in the way of interacting with others. My personality trait is very close to what has been described by my MBTI.
