Rhetorical Analysis Of Every City Should Have A Baby Box

The article , “Every city should have a baby box,” by Madeleine Melcher states that having baby drops are a great alternative for mothers who don't wish or cannot provide for their child instead of just having the child suffer or be killed. Madeleine supports her reason of states having baby drops by saying that her mother abandoned her as a baby and is doing fine as an adult. Her claim builds her argument by using anecdote and rhetorical questions.
Anecdote is a feature Melcher used in her writing . Melcher uses terms like how as a child to an adult she lived an okay life and is grateful she is alive. Melcher also states in the beginning of the passage that ,” she could have left me in a million other places before she closed that car door
