What would happen if you were sitting at a Women's Convention, and a petite black woman asks to speak out of script? Sojourner Truth, an uneducated, but fearless, African-American woman, carried an undying passion for equality amongst both genders and all races. An appearance of minimal education and low diction might provide an assumption of how her speech will continue, however Truth proves them incorrect. As represented by her stage name “Sojourner Truth”, everything is temporary, including the truth. You can only hide the truth for so long.
