Even though Richard stated he was a loner, but he and Alex talk about the guy in the turtle neck, the trip to California, where Richard smoked weed by his son, and Richard started laughing, when Alex was explaining the story, was sad. Richard realizes that was some “good weed” which he started laughing, then Alex points out and said, and why ruining this amazing trip, with smoking weed.
