The Night Stalker or better known as Richard Ramirez was one of the most prolific serial killers in Los Angeles during the 80’s. What makes him so infamous in American history is that Richard took his slaughter to another level. The Night Stalker went by another name because of this, “The Walk-in Killer” as he would break into homes through unlocked doors, windows, or even entering through garages.
