The argument on the rights to die is highly persuasive and effective to those debating the laws around the issue of PAS. A main argument against our rights to die is based around the idea that those vulnerable to the idea to PAS may be coerced into taking this option rather than exploring the options available. This opinion is correct to a certain extent, however the persuasiveness of the ‘right to die’ surpasses any argument given. A right to die is only something a person considers when faced with a decision of suffering or being able to peacefully die with loved ones around.
