Rigolet is a remote picturesque town, inhabited by an Inuit community in Newfoundland and Labrador province, Canada. Since there are no roads it’s only accessible through Rigolet Airport, snowmobile trail or coastal ferry. Back then we’d go to Nain for almost anything that we required. We would go up on the ferry twice a week. At times we left Rigolet in the morning and back by evening. If you missed the ferry, you’d have to wait for the next one or the next trip going to Rigolet.
