I agree with Kelly Zhong with the argument that curators have the responsibility of rethinking and recontextualizing work in modern museums. Part of Robert Storr’s writing especially resonates with this when he speaks about minimizing mistakes in presenting an artist’s work as a curator (5). To me, one of the mistakes of presenting an artist’s work is only presenting it under one context, over and over again. It is important for curators to constantly be analyzing the artist’s works and all aspects of their identity by rethinking the information they have on hand and by researching further. In doing this new opportunities for viewing the work may arise and this way the art can be presented in a more unusual way which Storr proposes will help
