The Rocky Mountain Rumble This may come as a shock to y’all, but there was a time when the Rockies weren't going to be in western Colorado. Back in 1908, a group of ragtag know it alls wanted to exploit the rockies for money. The plan was to destroy the remainder of the Rocky Mountains in Colorado in order to have more room for oil rigs. The man behind the plan was Jerry the Giant. Standing at 6’ 5” and full of muscle, he figured no one could stop him. Little did he know, there were 3 mountain men standing in his way. The leader of the group is Ronnie Coleman. He was a recently freed slave who had traveled westward to settle in the mountains. It kinda disappointed him that he couldn’t fight anyone anymore, so he started picking fights with grizzlies instead. Ronnie became undefeated in anything he ever picked a fight with. Standin’ by his side are his best friends Chris and Sam. Just like Ronnie, Chris and Sam are some of the strongest, toughest, and meanest people on this side of the Mississippi. Once the boys heard about Jerry’s plan, they knew that they were the only ones who could put a stop to it. Ronnie and the boys headed up to Grand Junction, Colorado in order to get more information on when Jerry was comin’ up to Colorado. In the local newspaper it read “Jerry Oil Rig Inc. coming to the Rockies next week.” After readin’ the news, Ronnie decided it was time to start planning. Ronnie methodically scanned a map of Colorado, being sure to identify any choke points where they could counter an assault. He noticed a valley as deep as the Grand Canyon, east of the town they were at. With all factors considered, he figured that was the best place that gave them the best chance of repelling Jerry and his crew. Ronnie’s initial plan was to fight them off with hand to hand combat, but Chris suggested a better
