When we read this argument it looks fine at first glance and makes us to believe that it is well reasoned. But when we thoroughly read this argument then we came to know that it contained many flaws which are enough to weak this argument.
How many hospitals are involved in the survey on which statistics are based, not mentioned. May possibly these statistics are from only one hospital. More accidents take place in streets and parking lots because they are busy places and chances of accidents are much more at these places. More than 75% of people involved in roller skater accident were not wearing protective clothing from those which brought to emergency. It means that 25% were wearing protective clothing. The argument did not mention the difference
