Fate falls perfectly into the topic of the story about Romeo and Juliet because throughout their journey, the characters show their belief in fate through both their actions and their words. In the article “Do we have free will?” the author Seth Schwartz writes, “... how is it possible that anything can occur without having been caused by something else”(Schwartz1). This explains that there is always something leading up with ones free will, this “something” can be determined as fate. Many people would argue that they make their own choices as well as choose their own paths, but they would be wrong because fate helps many make their decisions since things always happen for a reason although one may not think so.
