------------------------------------------------- You will be assessed on your ability to: * ------------------------------------------------- Research ONE contemporary moral issue * ------------------------------------------------- Express a range of accurate perspectives on the issue including those from a Christian viewpoint. * ------------------------------------------------- Identify scripture passages relevant to your chosen moral issue * ------------------------------------------------- Write in a clear and accurate manner integrating content knowledge, reference to your selected image and the use of any stimulus provided with the test question.

Bring a printed image associated with the research you completed on the moral issue to period 7 on 18 of June * -------------------------------------------------
Your response and printed image will be collected during period 7 * -------------------------------------------------
Students are required to use scripture and draw on a range of accurate and detailed examples in their response

A teacher will record your attendance on the day of the task. Please make sure your student number is on all pages of your assessment, including your chosen image.

------------------------------------------------- If you are absent the day of the task, your parent or guardian must ring Ms Horan before 8.35am. On your first day back at school you need to hand in a copy of the Illness/Misadventure Form filled in and appropriate documentation as to why you were unable to come to school previously (e.g. medical certificate.) This is to be given to the subject coordinator, Mr. Halliday, before 8.35am on the day you return.

The task: In Class Test: Prior to the In Class test you are to research ONE moral issue in contemporary Australian society from the list below: * Animal Testing * Music piracy * A massacre or tragic event such as the Port Arthur shootings * The processing of Asylum Seekers * Portrayal of Women in the Media * Euthanasia * Illicit drug
