The interview given by Ronald G. Spaeth was enlightening and very informative. I see the type of leadership style that I am fashioning is the same, administrative management. I personally believe that leading by example and recognizing staff for work well done will have the organization flow smoothly. I too spend time with upper management to see their path to success. I learn something new everyday. Mr. Spaeth’s approach to doctors in the organization gains him tremendous respect. I also love to get up and go to my career everyday knowing that a difference positively will be made.

Spaeth’s point on the obstacles in health care administration still applies today. Restructuring of the health care system, a declining workforce and recruiting nurses along with technicians are not going away anytime soon for the demand of a better health care system.
