Ronnie Randall was driving a 2003 Cadillac. He was on his way towards the area where his former girlfriend lives. During the drive on the street she lives on an accident occurred. Mr. Randall struck a 11 year old boy named Billy Kahn. The boy was identified as his former girlfriend’s son. Apparently the child was playing a game in the street. Billy Kahn went by ambulance to the hospital. The police arrested and cited Mr. Randall for driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs, reckless driving and driving with a suspended license. He was also tested for alcohol intoxication. His blood level was .11.
According to Janice’s deposition, there were too many unclear statements made regarding the accident.
