Automation has continually advanced and this technology has permitted the automation of formerly human must do chores, for instance, the Roomba. Who knew that this device would be a total success and innovate the way consumer cleaned their homes. Sadly it would be safe to say that automation has already made its presence felt in the production industry robots now do the job of humans and the results from this are job losses around the globe. Although, in the beginning it did cause job losses it also created an upsurge of new technological job fields and positions.
Meaning that now that we have the new technology and machines someone has to have the knowledge to know how to operate, maintain, maintenance, and possibly advance the new technology.

The reach with and ecommerce operations is much superior as compared to traditional business as it depends entirely on the internet infrastructure. The costs are relatively cheaper for ecommerce business as it does not need to invest in physical infrastructure. The traditional brick and mortar business offers the benefit of touch and feel of the product before buying one. Ecommerce cannot do that and some would say miss a lot of revenue for this aspect. Generally ecommerce is subgroup of e-business. E-business example are the using of internet by Lenovo, EBay for maintaining business processes like an online customer support, email marketing, supply chain management. EBay needs to take orders, generate invoices, order them from vendors, contact courier partners, communicate status to customer, and issue resolving by customer relationship management.
