After watching the Rosa Clemente’s video, I feel she touched on valid points, when Clemente said “the only way we win victories is where we see the impact on people’s daily life (Clemente. R, 2009). You can preach about change, but if it isn’t beneficial for the people then what good is that. In the song “Fight the Power”, Chuck D is trying to promote equal rights, and opportunity for the Black community. In the music video, you see Chuck rally the community to fight for change, and with millions of fans rallying behind him, creates a hip-hop social movement.
