Records in learning not only serve as a means of tracking student progress and performance, but also helps in identifying areas for improvement and ensuring the quality of education and teaching. One of the primary reasons for keeping records of assessment of learning is to provide a comprehensive overview of students’ academic achievements over the course of their studies. By documenting the assessment conducted throughout a program, assessors are able to assess the overall progress of students, identify any patterns of strengths or weaknesses, and determine whether students are meeting the required learning outcomes. This information is crucial in evaluating the effectiveness of the curriculum, teaching methods, and assessment strategies employed in the program.
