Some people believe that Football and Cheerleading tend to go hand in hand, but it is quite obvious how different they are. Very similarly to how different the situations between Britney in Bring it on: All or Nothing, who has the world, and Rudy in Rudy, who had to work for everything he wanted in life.
Bring It on: All or Nothing was directed by Steve Rash and produced in 2006. It is classified in the genre of sport/teen film. The main characters are portrayed by Hayden Panettiere, Solange Knowles, Rihanna, Gus Carr, and James Mcdorman. The movie is about a young cheerleader, Britney Allen (Hayden Panettiere), who is captain of her school’s cheer team. In the film her family relocates and she has to move schools and learn how to blend in and ends up joining the cheer team at her new school. In Bring it On Britney Allen is on top of the world and is basically at the top of her school. Soon after she is on top of the world it all comes crashing down when she moves schools and is at the bottom once again. She has to learn to adjust to being the underdog. The difference from this in Rudy is the fact that Rudy was always the underdog. He was too small to play football, and too dumb to get into the college he wanted to go to. Nevertheless, Rudy never stopped working and ended up achieving his dreams. The pace of the plots in these movies are also very different. Rudy is fashioned so that all minor things lead up to one major ending. There is one climactic ending that Rudy had worked for all of his life. In Bring it on Britney constantly had different things she was dealing with, between fitting in at a new school, finding new friends, finding her spot on the cheer team, and pursuing a love interest. This causes Bring it on to seem like it goes by very quick, while Rudy is a bit slower and more drawn
