It is essential and vital for every project to have a thorough and well-developed plan. It is linked to all four aspects in the SFIA competency. That said, to develop a brilliant project plan, the professionals will need to have autonomy over all important areas of that project, make critical decisions for such plan and influence others, understand the complexity of both the project and the organization, and acquire business skills to explain and present such a plan to the audience (SFIA Foundation, 2016).
