On April 15th, 1920, it is said that Nicola Sacco and Bartolomeo Vanzetti fired upon Parmenter, a “pay master” , and Berardelli, his guard (Doc. 1). They were sent to court and their trial lasted from May 31st to July 14th, 1921. The trial caused an uproar from the public due to the belief that the court and government officials were giving these two Italians an unfair trial in this time of prejudice. To my belief of the case and my understanding, I can come to the conclusion that the trial was unfair. Even though I do believe that the court was biased towards putting them away for good and that the trial was unfair, there seems to be a sufficient amount of evidence against them.
