Ten months into the implementation the ICU Quality Team/Committee evaluated the impact of the Safety HUDDLE using a survey.
Methods Data was collected using a purposefully designed survey distributed via Survey Monkey to all staff nurses working in the ICU in a clinical role. A total of 31 surveys out of 36 nurses (2 on maternity leave and 4 on annual leave, myself) were returned representing an 86% response rate.
