The hottest day, I can say, passed over my city, where I felt the sweat draining from my back. But if this is normal for me, 95F can be too hot for others but is quite normal for me even though I forget about it for a moment. But let get back to 23 years ago, to 2002, my mom was born in another province of the Dominican Republic, Dajabon which is super rural, she moved to Santo Domingo at the age of 19 with her sister, there she met my dad who was born and raised in Santo Domingo, recently on the family tree my dad have been making for years I found we all Dominicans but as a country colonized by Spaniards my grand grand grand grand fathers was from Spain. Going back, my grandparents from my mother are from the same place as my mom was born, my grandparents from my dad side were born in another province not in santo domingo, my parents meet and live in the city. I moved out a lot during childhood because a marriage between two Dominicans rarely worked out, but never outside of my beautiful home. But isn't this story so beautiful,
