Self-care theory used in this case include the use of series of activities to bring back one to his or her normal life, especially those suffering from depression. At old age, most of the elders suffer a lot of problems because of continued fatigue and retarded level of thinking. Therefore, the theory of self-care is a therapeutic self-care demand, which is a total health care act that is performed to patients having depression. The care is offered to them for a period of three months and over depending on the intensity of the disease. The care is carried out for a specific duration to meet the self-care requisites through the use valid methods and related sets of operation and actions. Some of the healthcare requisites used herein include the category of universal, development, and health deviation self-care requisites.
