Based on the text, in 1896 Court case: ``Plessy vs. Ferguson´´ This court decision ruled that states could pass laws separating people by skin color. This decision supported racial segregation in the south. Even though it was Separate But Equal it was Never Equal. The Black had bad stuff and the Whites had better stuff. Everyone should have the same rights like the rest if and then it will be Equal.
