On 4/3/17, biological mother Serene DaSilva visited the FAP office with her 16 year old son, Omar DaSilva, to seek services for the child. The mother reported that the child is truant, not adhering to curfew and smokes marijuana. Ms. DaSila reported that approximately three weeks ago there were concerns that Omar assaulted his child’s mother and pointed a gun to her head threatening to kill her and their child. Ms. Dasilva stated that the child’s behavior changed once year ago after his biological father was deported. Ms. Dasilva stated that she believe that the child is selling drugs.
