Category 1: Emotional bank account with a total score of 15 is very good. With a score of 5 in each of the three items in the category. Very good sounds good; but I need to work on elevating that from very good to outstanding.
Category 2: Life Balance with a score of 9 is a clear indication I need to work on maintain a balance between work, family, and friends. I tend to focus all my attention on works; then return home to the family. I have not been able to make new friends or maintain relationship with old friends. I also need to start creating time to socialize.
Category 3: Be Proactive with a score of 10 is borderline good. I need to focus on taking control of my life. I also need to stop worrying about things that are out of my control and focus on those things that I can control. I am not very good at carrying out plans. I procrastinate a lot and I tend to be distracted by things that are not important to the goal I am pursuing. Procrastination is the reason why I am just working on my MBA, twenty years after my bachelor degree. If not for procrastination I would have long be done with my doctorate. Another major habit I need to work on is getting organized. I am not good at planning my week or day ahead of time. I see myself reacting to situations all day because of lack of appropriate planning. I need to start planning my weekly workload and plan the tasks I need to accomplish on a daily basis; starting with at least three non-negotiables that I must accomplish every giving day regardless of what else is happening in the
