• Plaintiffs, Virginia Torres, Zelma Ocasio, and Sharinna Serrano, claim false arrest, assault, excessive force, illegal search and seizure, and malicious prosecution. Per the Law Department abstract provided, Det. Hernandez and Det. Mill were executing a search warrant at the location. Det.
