New York State senators think that the first amendment should be treated as a privilege, and not a right. The senators think that the New York citizens should be criminally punished for cyberbullying. We as a group think that this should happen for many reasons. People may be scarred for life, and the people cyberbullying need to know to stop. People that affected might do something bad like shoot a school down because of cyberbullying, and it was all because of the cyberbully.
