The juvenile justice system should be reformed to be more understanding because not every kid has access to the same resources, grows up in bad environments which can lead to mistakes and mistakes shouldn't define someone especially at an early age, and lastly young adults shouldn't be sentenced harshly when they can still grow up and change.
