I believe public sectors shouldn’t be allowed to is because their main goal is to help and serve the public. Imagine if major public service employees like the police department went on a strike. Their job is to enforce the law and keeps criminals under control. Police went on strike once in Boston during 1919. It resulted with criminals going on a rampage since no one like the police was there to stop them. A terrible outcome came from a federal government employee strike.The same thing can happen with other jobs. If teachers go on strike they are hurting the students since they are the ones who are there to learn from their teachers.If a firefighter department goes on strike they hurt the general public.What happens if there is a fire and the firefighters are not on duty since they are on strike.
