Booker T. Washington and W.E.B. Du Bios were two black people advocating and fighting for civil right of black negroes in the south. Du Bios and booker Washington talked about patience, respect, hardworking and Negros becoming a business man. Booker Washington was a man who believed that patience, training, and hard work of the Negros can make them get to the top. He also said Negros should cast down their bucket among the people they find themselves. Mr. Washington believed that with his experience with different people of different colors, race should not be the cause of problem between two people, because he thought that, the happiest people are those who do the most for others; the miserable are those who do the least. He also said that
