In Sisco v. Quicker Recovery Inc., David Sisco, an employed tow truck driver, was on his way to tow an impounded vehicle on behalf of the municipal police department when police pulled him over for speeding. When the police demanded that Sisco present his driver’s license, Sisco refused even though his employer demanded that Sisco comply with the police’s orders.
