The Two leadership assessment test I chose to perform was the Situational Leadership and the Skills Approach test. In the first assessment the result was kind of correct for me in some of the question. However I felt that I was more of a competent leader in all aspect of the questionnaire. By looking at the results in the first question- it showed that I was more favorable to using Delegative approach (S4) which has low-supportive –low directive leadership.
The theories that focus on this type of assessment was the situational leadership which is a perspective approach to leadership that suggest how leader can become effective in many different types of organizational (Northouse, p.119).

These result help me to understand how to prepare to be a successful leader, the leadership theories that focus on these results is the Skill approach within is a leader-Centered Approach that emphasizes the competencies of leader (Northouse, p.71).
Media Self-Assessments Results showed that I was Servant- with a score of 16. Contingency score-As 16. With these result it kind of amaze me because I never thought of my self being A Contingency leader or Servant leader. I knew that I would do my best to help others to achieve their goal and for the company. I am a firm believer in giving people chances, always giving people time to voice their opinion. As a leader you have to be able to listen and observe your fellow employees. When there are trouble and someone need guidance help them to overcome their problems without negative regard?
The Leadership theories that was associated to these result was Skills Approach, Situational, and Contingency. Skill approach was developed to explain the capabilities (Knowledge and skills) that make effective leadership possible (Northouse, p.71) the skills approach will benefit the public safety leadership. Situational Leadership for law enforcement training provides the means for performance conscious agencies to get the job in the present while preparing for the future (Ted Schwarzbach, 2001). Contingency Approach can have a major impact on understanding major issues for implementing effective community policing program. Organization need to match their internal features to the demands of their environment in order to achieve the best adaptation (Jiao, Allan,
