Media Self-Assessments Results showed that I was Servant- with a score of 16. Contingency score-As 16. With these result it kind of amaze me because I never thought of my self being A Contingency leader or Servant leader. I knew that I would do my best to help others to achieve their goal and for the company. I am a firm believer in giving people chances, always giving people time to voice their opinion.
