CPS made a follow up visit to the home located at 2586 Stillwell Ave, Brooklyn NY. CPS observed the case address to be Sleep in Hotel. Ms. Moore greeted CPS at the door with the child Nasir in her arms. CPS introduces herself to Ms. Moore and the reason for CPS visit. Ms. Moore escorted CPS into her room. When CPS enter the child Jalissa was sitting on the bed in her PJs. CPS greeted the child hello however she didn’t answer. CPS attempted to engage the child however Jalissa continues to stare at CPS with an angry look on her face. Ms. Moore reported that it is past the child bedtime. Ms. Moore reported that she was expected CPS at 6:30pm and kept the child up for the visit. CPS apologized to Ms. Moore and the child for the late visit.
