SNC's squad set up a great terrain model for him, but he failed to use it in his orientation, scheme of maneuver or tasking paragraphs. During the scheme of maneuver, there were not anonymous and sequential and his tasking statements were convoluted and confusing as he did not task out his third fire team. Additionally, his tasks only included whether they were the EPW or aid and litter team as he barely stumbled through his order of movement which left all involved very confused. SNC moved with a purpose though during the execution phase to get everyone in the proper formation and moving along the correct azimuth. Once the team took contact, SNC gave out an unclear ADDRAC and his fire teams were rushing out of sequence and much faster
