The title can be rephrased as "A phase III randomized clinical trial for a nasal decongestant, Snot-B-Gone". Although the drug name is nice and literal, mentioning the purpose of the drug in the title is also necessary.
The title should also be given a bolder colour that captures the reader's eyes. The names of the group members should be written under the title.
"Snot-B-Gone is a nasal decongestant in the form of a spray, that relieves". There is no need for a comma between "spray" and "that".
The introduction was concise and it delivered the message.
For the target population, it will be nice to have a citation that supports/explains your reasoning regarding your age criteria.
